Who we are

MyFarmInsurance.ie was setup by Hastings Insurance Brokers so they could help to offer Irish farmers more choice in the Insurance market.  We’ve been providing quality insurance services and advice for more than 38 years since the company was set up by David & Mary Mc Dermott in 1980.

Over that time, we have grown and now have six offices across Connacht located in Westport, Claremorris, Ballina, Castlebar, Tuam and Sligo. Hastings Insurance Brokers are very proud to provide insurance and financial services to people, families and businesses all over Connacht and Ireland.

We always seek to provide our clients with imaginative and competitive insurance broking services to ensure peace of mind is delivered at the right price.

Garry looks after all our farm insurance clients and is the driving force behind MyFarmInsurance.ie.

He, along with our team of over 60 people throughout Connacht, look after our customers to help them find the best quote possible from our pool of insurers including; Aviva, Zurich and Axa.
